Belly breathing

Hand on belly. Breathe in for 4. Out for 6. Five times.

Cold water

Splash cold water on your face or hold an ice cube.

5-4-3-2-1

5 things you see, 4 you hear, 3 you touch, 2 you smell, 1 you taste.

Squeeze + release

Squeeze hands tight for 5. Release. Repeat with shoulders, feet.

Move it out

10 star jumps or wall push-offs to discharge the energy.
